| Home description |
Our executive villa is the ideal base for your Florida holiday, within minutes of Disney and other major Central Orlando attractions.
The villa provides the latest in luxury and modern convenience and is located within the gated Westhaven community which has tennis courts and children's play area
Set on one level the villa is air conditioned throughout, it has a living and dining area and the benefit of a family room with cable T.V.
The kitchen contains all the equipment you could possibly need. This includes an oven/hob, American fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee machine and other added extras to make your stay comfortable. The utility area contains a large washing machine and tumble dryer.
The principle bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with twin washbasins, bath, shower and WC.
The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and share a separate bathroom.
There is a garden to the front of the property.
At the rear is a private pool with pool heat available upon request. This has a covered Lanai. The patio area is perfect for al-fresco dining and has the benefit of a ceiling fan and light.

Florida is known as the Sunshine State for obvious reasons, it has a a lovely year round climate and is perfect for those sun worshipers amongst us.Orlando is known as the holiday capital of the world and after your visit we are sure you will agree that it is a title well deserved. There is so much to see and do your holiday will be over before you know it.
Were to start ?
Disney has to be the most famous of them all as it has 6 parks and all very different, from water parks to the Animal Kingdom.
Universal Studios with its 2 parks is another must for all the family from Shrek 4d to the white knuckle Hulk ride.
Wet and Wild, Sea World and Busch Gardens plus many more parks are easily accesable from our villa.
Golfers paradise - we have some fabulous courses within minutes at Championsgate, Highlands Reserve and Reunion as well as many more very close by - so pick up your clubs and go for a round!!
Orlando also has superb shopping from the outlet malls were you can pick up endless bargains to Millenia Mall which is designer all the way.
Kennedy Space centre at Cape Canaveral is about 1 hour away but well worth a visit as it is very informative with loads to see and do.
Florida has many beaches, Cocoa Beach being the nearest - about 1 hours drive and home of the biggest surf shack in the world "Ron Jons". On the Carribean side of Florida is Clearwater Beach near Tampa with georgeous white sand and blue sea, absolutely stunning.

Mickey Mouse lives 15 minutes away so whether your a child or an adult we are sure you would love to go and visit him? If you do then please don't forget your autograph book as he and his friends will be only to happy to fill it with wonderful signatures for you to show your friends back home.
We are based in Davenport. This is a flourishing area and we are sure you will agree if you visit that it is beautiful as well as peaceful. There are great places to eat and the local supermarket stocks everything you could possibly need. They even stock some lovely wines and beers if you like a tipple!
We are very close to the main highways these include the I - 4 and highway 27 (each 5 minutes) and the 192 which has numerous eating establishments catering for every palate. International drive is directly up the I 4 and can quickly be accessed.

We have a management company who are available 24 hours a day seven days a week so you can relax in the knowledge that everything will be taken care of.
Upon key collection you will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of $250.

We stayed here in December 2006. It\'s in a fantastic location only 20 minutes from the Disney Parks. The estate is beautiful, very quiet and away from the noise and crowds of Downtown Kissimmee. The villa is very well maintained and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We go to WDW twice a year and would love to sty here again. I\'ve even put a link to the villa home page on the UKDish website.
