Sutri is situated in Rome norther lake district and is very close to Olgiata Golf and Le Querce-Sutri Golf. The unique location of provides the desired tranquillity and yet is only a 40 minutes distance from Rome and Viterbo and the fascinating villages of Caprarola and Calcata.

The House is furnished to a very high standard.Dining or just relaxing on the terrace, this is really a second outdoor living space, fully furnished with comfortable sun chairs and a dining table. Our property has south facing terraces so you can enjoy the sun all day.

The property can accommodate a maximum of 7/8 people, 6 adults and 2 children, or 7 adults ideal for sharing costs between 2 families and makes this luxury accommodation very cost effective. To enjoy maximum comfort for adults we would recommend no more than 6 adults in a party.

Sutri was founded by the Etruscans over 2000 years ago and still has a number of archaelogical remains. Sutri has served as the seat of the bishopric and a stopover for pilgrims en route to Rome. Today, Sutri's centro storico (medieval centre) is an attractive, interesting place to explore and will give you a taste of local Italian life with very good restaurants without the tourists.
For Carnevale and 'Mardi Gras' in February, Sutri holds 5 days of celebrations with dancing, music, fancy dress and a procession of floats with allegories and shows.
In July there is 'free entrance' into Sutri's churches to assist synphonic orchestra festival in the evening.
Sutri is 40 minutes from Rome by car and served by a bus and train. The local area is also very attractive with two beautiful lakes 15 minutes a way and dozens of medieval villages each with their own traditions, festivals and personalities.
