Beautifully decorated throughout it has a large living/dining room where you will find satellite tv for your enjoyment, a large dining table and chairs, two sofas and air-conditioning. In the well equipped kitchen you will find a fridge/feezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the equipment you need make your stay comfortable. There is a double bedroom d/s with built in wardrobes. There is also a d/s shower room with w/c. Upstairs there is two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms lead onto a large sun terrace. Outside the property you will find a private pool with a small lawn to the front and at the back a large shaded barbeque area with table and chairs.
The Algarve is the most southern region of Portugal and it's well known for glorious year round sunshine and excellent sandy beaches. These vary from secluded coves with amazing cliffs to vast stretches of golden sandy beaches. Inland you will find small villages barely touched by tourism which are well worth visitng. Traces of the Moorish presence are still evident in the local architecture especially in silves. The orange groves and blossoming almond trees add colour to this fertile region in contrast with the whitewashed traditional houses. Due to the mild nature of the weather the Algarve is ideal for many outdoor sporting activities such as water sports, and numerous world-class golf courses, tennis, horse riding, and many more.
Armacao De Pera area
The nearest town is Armacao de Pera which is only 3 kms from the property, this has a nice range of restaurants, cafes and bars. With a local market for alll your fresh fruit/veg and a great fish market is ideal. There is also a good choice of supermarkets, banks (ATM), and other places of interest. Taxi service and bus service is also available from here. From the property there is two water parks, zoo marine where swimming with the dolphins on offer. The beaches are fantastic and there is also zoo, parks plus much more.
