3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fullt fitted kitchen. Leather sofas, SKY tv, Air con in every room and also plug in heaters if needed in the winter months. Roof solarium for all day private sunbathing. Quesada water park is a 5 minute drive away. Torrevieja Town is 15 minutes drive, here you can find markets, marina and lots of places to eat.

A £100 deposit PER week is needed to secure your dates. Remaining balance due 8 weeks before you depart along with a £200 security deposit which is fully refundable within 10 days if there are no major damages. 60 euros is to be left for the cleaner on your departure.
